The water level as of  4:35 PM Thursday 7/2/2009 is 4-1/2 inches above the summer level of 763.0 feet above sea level.

This measurement is now taken from a staff gauge (See image below) installed 8/20/2008.  It is graduated in 1/10 of a foot or 1.2 inches per increment.  This gauge is intended to monitor compliance with the court order which requires that the level of 763.0 feet above sea level be maintained.
